Darryl, I'm about ready to change mine and have almost 14k. 3k seems short. I'm going to flush the fluid, and install a new stainless steel flexhose at the same time as I renew the pads. Pads are a aftermarket brand made with Kevlar, I'll try to find the name and send it next time I'm here. They were ordered about a year ago so I would have them when I needed them Until last month the closest Suzuki dealer was about 70 miles, but the local Yamaha, Kawasaki dealer picked up Suzuki so should be able to order parts if needed. The aftermarket shop closed this spring and she would order from any distibutor she had a connection with.
